In addition, shop stewards help guarantee workplace democracy by ensuring that the rights, dignity and authority of front line workers are things that matter. 

When JetBlue Crewmembers join together and become a Unionized workgroup, there will be an immediate need for Shop Stewards. If you think that you might be interested in serving as a steward, contact an IAM Organizer as soon as possible.
